Coronation Drive School Site OMB Hearing
The OMB hearing for the school site on Coronation Drive has been deferred again. An OMB hearing was scheduled for the fall but was deferred to March 2010 at the mutual request of the developer and HCDSB to allow mediation on the transfer of ownership of the site from the developer to HDCSB. The parties were delayed in their mediation and have rescheduled their mediation to February 2010 and requested that the OMB defer its hearing to June 2010. The OMB has adjourned the March 2010 hearing as requested but a new date has been scheduled yet.
